Description: A beautiful silver crown size coin from the Mexico. This is the 1908 Mo GV one or un peso coin.
The coin displays the Mexican eagle with a serpent in its beak (the Mexican arms) on the obverse. The obverse has the legend "REPUBLICA MEXICANA" surrounding the eagle with a wreath on the bottom. The reverse shows Liberty's cap with rays emanating behind it and the denomination, the fineness of the silver in the coin (902.7) and the date of issue (1908) the mint Mo. And the initials of the assayer G. The coin has a reeded edge.Please carefully review the photos provided as it is part and parcel of our description. Size and weight: Coin weighs 27 gm of 0.902.7 silver and is 39 mm in diameter. References: It is KM 409.2. Condition: I would grade the coin as toned uncirculated with all the details being well preserved. The coin shows no wear commensurate with its uncirculated status, The coin is toned along the edge and is otherwise clean.
The coin is problem free and has a few scratches and bag marks. It is a beautiful, great looking and would make a great addition to your collection.
