This is a Silver Rupee of the Sikhs from Anandgarh mint of the year VS 1841 (1784 CE), minted during the rule by Sikh Misls (Sikh Confederacy). The attribution to definite Misl is uncertain. The couplet on the obverse of this coin is the following Gobindshahi couplet in Persian. Degh Tegh Fateh, Nusrat Bedirang.

Ya'fat Az Nanak Gur Gobind Singh. On the reverse is the name of the mint as "Anandghar" and the year VS1841 (1784 CE). At the bottom of the reverse partial "AHD" in Persian, referring to the first year of minting, can be seen. In the video uploaded, a couple of Schroff marks on the rim of the coin can be witnessed. Coins of Anandgarh mint are rare.

"Ahd" in Persian on the reverse and shroff marks on the rim add to the value of the coin. It is uncleaned and nearly mint. The coin is a valuable piece of Indian numismatic history, reflecting the rule of the Sikh Confederacy during that period. An extremely rare addition for collectors of Sikh coins.
